School Family Activities and Celebrations

During our study of Conscious Discipline, we learned the importance of creating a School Family. Our SEL Committee committed to organizing one School Family Activity each quarter to bring us together for a common experience and time to connect. Nothing says family more than a trip to the pumpkin patch in the fall! It was so fun to watch the students and staff socialize and try new things together during our time at Market Six recently. Please enjoy the photos of our fun!

Another thing we learned in our study of Conscious Discipline is the importance of celebrations in the School Family! We love to celebrate our students! This week students with 95% attendance or better during 1st Quarter will be recognized during homeroom and receive a certificate to bring home. Of the 97 students in the Jr/Sr High School, 67 students will be recognized! That is 69% of our students. Showing up matters! Let's work together to have even more students to recognize for 95%+ attendance during 2nd Quarter!
